About me

Hi, I'm Adisyn.

I became a therapist because I believe the people who look like they have it all together are often the ones who need the most space to just be human. Born and raised in Texas, I bring warmth, directness, and zero judgment to every session.

My approach is strengths-based and rooted in who you already are. I'm not here to hand you a worksheet — I'm here to help you get curious about your patterns and build something real.

In practice, I'm warm but I'll be straight with you — I'm not going to nod along while you talk yourself out of what you need. Early on, we'll get clear on what's actually going on and what you want to feel differently. From there, sessions are a mix: real conversation, honest reflection, and concrete tools you can take with you. I'll ask questions that make you think, point out patterns you might be too close to see, and meet you exactly where you are without rushing you to be somewhere else.

HOW I WORK

My approach

01 · STRENGTHS-BASED

You're not broken

I don't see clients as a list of symptoms to fix. You're a capable person who's been carrying a lot — and you already have more resilience than you give yourself credit for. My job is to help you use it, not to convince you something's wrong with you.
